probly becuase you get the name brand with it... i have the labree HFC and i love it, although i do have a check engine light from it... but whatever

was thinking that but figured the cat may be clogged a bit because it is original. 118000 miles

You can get a cheap universal HFC but youll have to get the flanges welded on so it bolts up right and drill holes and weld bungs on for the 02 sensors...
