Finally got around to moving the cd changer out of the trunk. However, on this model it has been barried under everything including the trunk, lining, seats, and interior floor, [looks like its by the center panel and straight to the deck to]. Its taken a longgggg time to recover the cable, and I'm just behind the driver's seat. On my last audi, it only took half an hour to remove it. Can anybody who's moved the changer to the glovebox or interior before, tell me if the cord continues to the center panel, beneath the gear shifter. Just want to know whats ahead of me to save time. If not where does it go? help would be much appreciated.

 

Just leave that one where its at. Then get a new cable to run from the glovebox to the radio.
