wow Panda .. I have an 03 , havent had a CEL in about 5 months.
But before that , I drove with it on 24/7 .. at a certain point I just stopped caring about it.
Dont be pissed about it .. and you dont want one of those JDM cars. Try it and you will come back !

 

This kinda freaks me out, guys getting the CEL on newer cars than mine! My '98 has 98,500 miles on it and no CEL, am I lucky or is the light just burned out?! Hahaha

 

its the o2 sensor i gotta get it replaced

 

See, ya got all upset for nothin. I just replaced my pre cat o2 sensor. Its not that hard. Either way should be a cheap fix.

 

primary or secondary o2 sensor, if its the secondary o2 its only good to tell you that your CAT is fine and is flowing fine. Shiit, just remembered b6's only have 1 o2 sensor, yea id replace it.

 

I posted something about my light that keeps coming on! It has been on a roll this week though. Hasn't turned off for six days. I don't even care about it. My VW VR6 was even worse. That light was on all the time. Must be a common thing with these cars. Pretty crumby.

audi really should display what is wrong when the cel light comes on, thats what my moms 02 saab does, and i must say it is very nice.

 

Yeah but then a lot of people wouldn't be forced to go to the stealership for service!
