These codes are for the O2 sensors down stream from the CAT.

 

That is correct. According to Bentley, the code can be triggered by false air entering the intake. As both codes flashed it is more likely that there is a big vacuum leak rather than both oxygen sensors going at the same time. Replacing 2 oxygen sensors, 350 dollars. checking for vacuum leak, 0 dollars. Check for leaks first.
