Default CEL help

so i went to install my new intake and TIP yesterday, started to disconect the TIP when i realized they orederd me the wrong one. so wraped up the intake install and started the car only for it to die. tried to start it a few more times and still would just die within a few seconds. after looking to find the issue, the part of the TIP was not reconnected to the turbo, so fix it and start it up car runs fine. only the CEL is now on. so i run a scan to check the codes and it comes back missfire in cyl 2/4. know i did the search and saw alot of the concerns on cyl 2, would 4 be any diffrent concerns?

sounds like to tripped the MAF code when it would start first time so a misfire would have happened and code stored, wipe the codes and see if it comes back

clear the code till its dosnt come back ( no CEL = no problem ) you could change coil packs round to see if the code changes to a differant cylinder and check the spark plugs out for peace of mind but im sure its nothing to worry about and will be resolved when you get the correct parts for the mod
