Default Check Valve Question

I'm going to do this http://www.scottweese.com/images/pcv/pcv.html and I've already ordered everything but the Check Valves and the PCV Valve. This site has several part #'s that match the one in the write-up for the check valves.
The PN in the write-up is 058-905-291, but when I go to order them HERE there are two other # that match.
The three #'s that come up when I search for 058-905-291 are:
058-905-291 - $16.38
058-905-291-A - $16.38
058-905-291-D - $16.28
THIS is the link to the part on ECS, there price is $20.95 each
Anyone know the correct part I should order or if there is a difference.

The different part numbers are for different 1.8T engine codes, but they do exactly the same thing so any of them would work.

You can check at autozone or pepboys for aftermarket one way check valves.
