speedtuning w/ supercharger.... not possible?? right??

 

Maybe, I read that someone is getting a custom file for a BT set-up so they may be able to do the same for 2.8 sc set-up as well.

 

It's not that slow. It's still an Audi. Fast enough.

 

Damn, up until that point i was really beginning to think you were talking about me. Sadly, i was mistaken.

But yes, trade in all your Wal-Mart, Kohl's, and Home Depot gift-cards you get for X-Mas and get yourself a SpeedTuning chip. My 2.8 has never been happier.

 

I bet they'll write you one, but it'll cost you. To give you an idea, I was quoted $450 to chip a supercharged 1997 M3.

I am really thinking about the SpeedTuning chip now. If i am not pleased i can always to and get a GIAC chip. Loosen 125 is better than loosen 500 i think ....
Also someone said i should get a super charger, i would love too but i have heard that their can be engine problems after that. Instead of getting SC i would just get a 1.8T and upgrade that . But then again i love my 2.8 alot

That great price has an expiration date. Could be the end of the year or the 23rd (it just occurred to me that that's today....I need to get more sleep). You should contact Speed Tuning to find out when it is.

 

Yup its 249 on their website now, sucks i couldnt act faster. Oh well i guess 240 is still better than 500 lol

 

Well, the website has never quoted the group buy price. You have to email or call them directly.

 

isnt the website www.speedtuningusa.com. They have price for power chip listed on there, unless i am looking at something completely different [&:]? Also i dont think i will be doing the group buy, since i dont know anyone else who wants to chip their car...
