Im considering getting clear tail lights for my 98 A4, they are identical to the standard lights on my car but in clear not red.
But im not sure if they will make my car look to ricey or tacky...
I want to keep the style of the audi and not make it look to ricey but at the same time these tail lights will fit in with my clear head lights and also my white paint job.

what do you guys think? are clear tail lights a bit to tacky?
Or would they look the part on my car?
Any input would be appreciated

has anyone got any links to some better looking tail lights that arent so ricey?

 

White lights on a white car? No.

I've got the Avant, so those are the lights I've looked at. I've seen white, smoke, black, blue, and green (!). All were ugly, and all cost over $230.

 

personally, i was looking into the smoked tails for my silver 01. those are the ONLY taillights i would personally consider, but for the price, they are about the last thing on my list. if they were 80 bucks it might be a different story, but for $230+, like joey said, its way too expensive.

I like my OEM '97 taillights out of every other taillight ever made and about to be made for the a4. I like the colors.
