coil pack question
 

semi-noob question

how do you know if a coil pack has gone bad?

i have cylinder 1 and 3 misfires i believe and so first thing i think is coil packs of course

i'm thinking just buy a couple coil packs and replace them anyways. . .

am i being a newbie numnut?

switch one and three with two and four - see if they follow - if they do replace the coils if they don't replace the plugs
