Coilover & Control Arm installation
i did mine suspention install in 9hrs but its because it was my first time and i used make shift HAND tools no power tools, theres a thread on audiworld i belive the guy has pics
just replaced my front shock inserts to gas struts 10 hours all in with lots of coffee and cigys I was totally buggered after it but the car drives like a saint so it was worth it, every bolt was a pig to remove now its the rear ones in a few weeks
i have done both and neither are really that hard. sometimes people have trouble with the pinch bolt on the front suspension. but the hardest part for me was compressing the springs because all ihad was a manual compresser.
you need one of these

It took me around 4 hours to do one lower control arm... but 3 hours were involved with poping the ball joint out and installing the bolt in the inner part (it was the lower front left arm). I have heard of around 8 hours for all front arms.
