Default Coilover & Control Arm installation

Has anyone installed either of these themselves? If so, do you need a lift and how hard was it?

Any DIY instructions?

If you're removing suspension xomponents in a nothern climate a torch will be a lifesaver.

i have done both and neither are really that hard. sometimes people have trouble with the pinch bolt on the front suspension. but the hardest part for me was compressing the springs because all ihad was a manual compresser.

It took me around 4 hours to do one lower control arm... but 3 hours were involved with poping the ball joint out and installing the bolt in the inner part (it was the lower front left arm). I have heard of around 8 hours for all front arms.
