Common Problems?
 

Hi Guys, I am looking to buy an 2005 2.0L A4 B6 with sports pack to make it look like B7. From my search, it appears the CVT transmission could be a problem, but apart from that is there any other common problems know in B6/B7 version of A4?

The has 97,500K's on it. Any input is welcome.

I would stay away from the 2005.5 and 2006 2.0L A4's (engine code BPG). I am not saying these are terrible engines at all, but if you have a choice 2007 and up are less likely to have intake camshaft/high pressure fuel pump problems. Or you can find a 2005 1.8T........ the way to go if you plan on keeping the car for awhile.

You should try to find a quattro as well. The CVT may be the least reliable transmission Audi has ever put in a car.
