Im completely new to cars so be easy. Can you swap automatic transmissions for manual transmissions? I am also thinking of getting an 07 A4. Reviews, comments?

Your first question contradicts the second, if you want a new car, why not just get the transmission you want?

Anyway, yes you can, but it's a long and painful process and is very rarely worth the money or the effort.

doing a swap is expensive and not worth it... find a car with a manual if thats what you want

Why would you get a brand new car with an expensive tranny to swap it with a cheaper (I know it is better) tranny?

HAHAHAHA. sadly enough, my buddy spent the summer in NY, NY and made 17k selling......mental inhibitors. (heh) but the sh!tty thing is he cant spend it openly, or his parents will ask where he got it. lmao. i prefer my way. work my a$$ off for some cash, and feel d@mn good about it.
