computer display?

is there anyway to fix the missing pixels in the computer display? mine has lines running up/down left/right and it makes it hard to read the numbers sometimes. has audi recalled any of those little screens cause they suck! anyone else have this problem?

Try the junkyard first... search over on AW as I remember reading a bunch of stuff about people trying to get Audi to recall them.

thanks for the info... the thing just looks bad so i keep it turned off and turn it on when I need to see something... I will check a junkyard since 1200 bucks is just ridiculous!!!

You should be beaten with a rubber hose for not searching.

a rubber hose with a chain in it? for real?! would that hurt more or less?

I just found one on ebay current bid is $60 with 2 bidders and about 7 hours left... it will probly shoot up above one hundred with like 10 minutes left... can't afford it right now so I will just deal with what I've got...

Also your mileage will change to the used cluster's, and you'll be treading into illegal territory.
