does anyone know of some way of posing technical questions to audi in germany?

i'm at my wit's end with my high riding front left side.

someone suggested that if the control arms are tightened with the car jacked up, it holds the ride height up when you put the car down. we're talking 15mm (3/4in)

opinions???
