Convertible top module

Where can I get one for my 03' A4 cabriolet because mine is bad and where is it located on the car. The dealership wants $750 to replace. I do a lot of work on my 300zx TT but know nothing about audi's. Pictures would be great an/or links. Is there a place to buy parts cheap online?
