A couple of questions before purchase...
 

I am in the market for a pre-owned A4q and my questions are these:

-Which engine is the best over all based on factors such as: gas mileage, longlivety, CHEAPEST to mod, and easiest to mod?

-What are the most common problems and how hard/expensive are they to fix?

-On high mileage cars, what are the biggest common problems? How hard/expensive are they to fix?

-I'm looking for a 97+, which model year seems to be the best?

Thanks for your help. And if there is anything else I should look for when looking for one of these, please let me know!

Yeah sorry about that, I've been searching for about 15 mins and wan't getting much, but it looks like I found the right combination of terms to use. I know how annoying it is when n00bs do this on the Ranger forum I'm on, so it's my bad. :eek:
