I have a 1999 Audi a4 and i was wondering if anyone had a good way to get cracks out of leather or atleast a way to prevent it from getting worse.

No, it's easy. Go buy some good cleaner and conditioner at autozone or similar. It comes in spray bottles. You spray it on, and wipe it off. Easy as that.
