...damnit...
Two spark plug non foulers drilled out so the o2 sensors can fit inside, and tighten them two together, bolt onto the secondary o2 sensor and your cel may come off, worked for me and a alot of other people that have asked. Your cel may not come off right away but it will, took mine like 2 days. This was obvioulsy before i had a vag.
I should have told the resoning of doing this. The non foulers space the o2 sensor out of the main stream flow of the testpipe. So its telling the ecu that there is too much flow going through the testpipe. You could remove the secondary o2 sensor and tape it on the fire wall and it would do nothing, this is if you have some way to close off the hole for the o2 sensor. The only duty the secondary has is to tell the ECU if the CAT is doing its job.
where did you get a vag?, how much?....man, the things i need to do- testpipe is coming out because i have to run emissions...so give me ideas as to how i can eliminate this problem before i put the thing back in.

Hmm so your saying, that the 2nd O2 sensor isn't really necessary???
I'm asking because I have a CEL and its something to do witht he 2nd O2 sensor.
i got the vag from ross tech for $199 i think. If you take the testpipe out take it to autozone or some place and find the spark plug non foulers that they have, normally caomes two in a pack. Get a good drill bit, forgot the size and drill the non fouler out so the head of the o2 sensor can fit in. Drill both out and connect them together and tighten down to the testpipe and put the o2 sensor on.
