Straight from AWE:
"The Bailey Motorsport DV30 diverter valve uses a high temperature composite piston instead of a rubber diaphragm"

Thanks just purchased it for my 98 A4 1.8T, this better be good. I have read all the sellers feedback and everyone is satisfied with the valve so I just got it, next purchase will be the silicone hose kit on ebay from zena racing what a deal a whole kit for around a $100 compare to samco that gives you just one hose for $150 I bet the entire kit from samco is over $300+, but anyway back to the diverter valve how fast did the guy ship it to you? and did it come with instal instructions?

you get what you pay for, that silicone hose kit is probly cheap too. i would contact the seller and ask him if he's using 4-ply silicone. if not, its not worth getting

it was just kinda sketch since he didn't show a cross section, thats how you can tell if its good quality. and it doesn't includes a TIP, which is the most important part. and it costs 140 with shipping. i'd be interested to see how different the bends are between those and the samco/forge/apr kit. cause if the design is the same as stock its not really an upgrade. if you buy this, be sure to take pics of the two to compare the bends, and post them up.
