DIY Electric Fan EFK & aux fan questions
So I'm thinking of doing an electric fan on my car. I have a few questions...
1) Is the aux fan switched at a certain point on the car? I presume so, what temp?
2) How large and deep of a fan can I run?
3) Can I piggyback an electric fan off the aux fan?
I might have a few more, but it seems pretty straightforward.

RE: DIY Electric Fan EFK & aux fan questions
I was just looking into the same thing today becauseI cant stand how loud the clutch fan is.I found 1 for $150 someplace on the net just cant remember. I dont know if the kits come with some kind of relay that adapts to the coolent sensor or if you need a different sensor. I would imagine you are going to need somethingso you dont have two fans on at the same time.

RE: DIY Electric Fan EFK & aux fan questions
I'm figuring i can do this for under $70... I just need to know a few things... I have read that you can tap into the aux fan's wiring and that should work, but a little confirmation should be nice. The biggest question is how large of a fan I can run, and how deep it can be...
