Double Din A4?
Hey everyone, just wondering if anyone had any experience with using a double din unit in a B6 A4. I think it would look pretty slick, just wondering if they fit? and if so, which units people would recommend, I'm not really looking to go allllll out... but i am willing to spend something reasonable.
Let me know what you think.

I think you should buy my Valor DVD Navigation unit.

I bought it like a year ago so it looks exactly the same, has exactly the same features and specifications, but it looks like they upgraded the map interface a little bit...different colors, etc.
I'm asking $600 and I have a checklist signed by the mechanic who removed it certifying that the various functions were operating as they should be.
That would be my recommendation

I had it in my Subaru and my Audi does not have a double din opening.
I don't know why it wouldn't work in your car. There's probably information on these forums about what all would be involved in swapping out the headunits. I think you might have to fabricatea newfaceplate, but I don't really know what the set up in a B6 looks like. If that is the case, it won't matter which unit you end up with, they'll all require that.
