Hey, not that I'm into street racing much, but I found that if you hold the gas at ~50% and brake at the same time, you have no turbo lag when you let off.......

You can do that on the highway.. brake boosting...

When your on the highway.. hit your brakes a little , but push the throttle more.. and keep going till you brake alot and your throttle is at like 70%... watch the boost meter go up and then let go of the brakes.. ZOOM

This works better on cars w/ high boost

 

E-Brakes work good to... My buddy has a GS-X, and he did this with me in the car. It feels like launching from a dead stop, at 45MPH though, haha. Definately a good method, but it puts a bit of strain on the powertrain.
