At least the 2.8's are more reliable.

I guess it all depends on the individual. We all drive Audis here!

When I think about it I love Aspen(my 12v) and I wouldn't trade her for the world.(except for a b5 S4) And hopefully I can convince my parents to let me mod her a bit.

I bet that 12V was still faster than my stock 1.8T.

everytime i drive with my friends, they get scared because i drive too fast, and all i'm thinking is, god damn this car is slow as ****. but i mean, its got awd, gets me to college, mountains, bars, and so on... i just won't be there as quickly as i'd like to be. but any car can do 100mph, and thats really all i care about. the speed that i get there doesn't really make that much of a difference i guess......its just not as much fun.

I guess the real thing is that my 12v can hit trips with a full car and I don't even notice I'm going that fast.

Thats true. Before I modded my car, if I had a full car it was slow. I could feel it. Not sure now (haven't driven with more than one other person in it).

Josh

P.S. I agree, the hating on the same car is stupid. And I think A4Speed said it the best "YOU HAVE AN A4 MAN!"

What were you doing driving a 12v? Is somebody looking for a new car?
I work for a vw/audi/saab/porsche/ferrari/lotus/bentley/maseratti/land rover. I drive all kinds of cars. Its great. Ill probably never be in the market for a 12v. Love to drive vr6's. Torque city.
