Oh yeah, forgot to mention: although I don't like the new B7, the nav that comes with it is sick!!

 

The OEM nav system is like 3K. Buy a remote head unit (one tha would go under you seat) and put a screen in your dash.

 

One more good theft deturant is to leave your car a mess. (ie. dirty clothes all over the back seat. fast food trash (in a bag) on the floor of the passenger seat) Untill you can afford a really good security system. And OEM ALWAYS looks classier than aftermarket.

Ive seen heads up displays for 3k that will fit any car and just project onto the windshield. Do a google search.
