ECU Flashed
 

Hey guys,
I had my ecu flashed to get a lil more power out of the car and when i reinstalled the ecu, the second time i started the car and was driving down the road, the CEL came on. Today I went to a mechanic shop and we checked out the codes and it came up as "ECU Defective". Oddly enough that this code is being thrown, the car runs just fine and has the hp gain from having the ecu flashed. Has anyone else had this problem?

i this case, go to an audi dealer and run the 00 double cero checking with the portable vag to reset the factory parameters if you dont want to buy a new ecu

It doesn't make sense to me why it would do this. The car runs just fine and sounds fine.

Who flashed your ECU, i'm not even sure what your talking about.
