Electrical Faults

After buying an Audi A4 convertible privately in January, sadly there are a few problems with it.
the drivers door doesn’t lock with remote key. The drivers wing mirror doesn’t work from inside. The light inside doesn’t come on either. Sadly another thing, the engine fan comes on randomly when engine is cold and comes on and off until battery is flat. I have for now removed the fuse for fan. I have been to a local garage who have replaced sensor for fan and the thermostat, £300 later it is still coming on when cold, just moved on and off drive. Sadly the mechanics do not listen to me, I’m going to go to Audi for a diagnostic test. The car is gorgeous and drives so well, I’m disappointed to say it mildly! Have I been sold a ‘nail’??

It's a big pity to hear it from you. It's a very expensive car model. I am sure you were so frustrated to find out it has so many glitches connected with electrical parts. Firstly, I was surprised to know you have paid only 300 pounds to fix that problem. I guess such services cost much more. Have you asked him to show his certificate ? In the end, I am not surprised by the fact your problem keeps popping. You should hire only certified contractors. As for me, when I do have any issues connected with electricity, I hire only this https://bates-electric.com/locations/chicago-il/ residential company. I am sure you won't be disappointed if you decide to hire them.
