Default Electrical Issue possibly???? Help anyone???

Since I got my car this has been happening:
When I am at a red light or ideling and I push any power window button up the RPM's drop from 0.9k to about 0.85k! Could this be that the current draw is higher and it takes away from the engine delivery electricly??? Test it on your car and let me know of results! Or is this a potential issue? I need to know while the car is still warrantied!!! Anything else I should pay attention to in perticular while the car is still under warranty? Anything helps

Increasing the electrical load should make the RPM's drop un-less its huge and the alternator is working overtime to compensate. So its either in your imagination or you have an alternator problem.
