Anyone know where i can find a carbon fiber engine cover for a 1997 a4 2.8 12v of course i been looking i have manily seen 30v covers.

Guess i will have to deck my own cover out, probly dude a fiber glass or custom painted on or somthing got to dress that area up somehow.

hey i want to enter shows or something hey i got the car i mite as well clean it up alittle and make something of it. In a few years when i am out of college i will buy a newer Turbo audi. But for now i will stick wit my orange car and do somthing wit it

really though, that area doesn't need any dressing up dude. you're going to have to except the fact that your car's not a racer. i have the 12V too, it doesn't need a carbon fiber engine cover man. are you really going to be showing anyone your engine anyway?

Hey it can't hurt to make everything on the car look good i got to get a new one any ways cause the one i have now is cracked and i would like to replace it cause it don't sit right.

well i guess that's a legit reason to check out aftermarket covers. you mentioned "decking yours out" so i figured you were doing it just for the hell of it, which is kind of a waste of money.

well, it is an audi. and it's not SLOW, well... kinda. but it's better than most.... i guess...

man, speaking of 12Vers... had one kid rev me the other day... in his 2.8. let's just say after i wrecked him in my mom's escape (LOL!!!) he wasn't too pleased...and when i notified him he was driving a 12V, i've never seen anyone with such a blank look.

"it's alright buddy, you're driving a 12 valve"

EDIT: Btw, he had the pearl white paint on that thing... and DAMN, that colour is incredible. props to anyone with that colour, that pearl shine is wicked!
