You will need to pull the radio, the tool needed to remove it can be purchased in the automitive radio section at Wal-Mart believe it or not. Once out, you can call into your local audi dealer and speak with the Audi advisor. He will need your car vin and the serial number on the side of you radio then they can give you the code over the phone. Otherwise they will program it for around $50 and provide you the code.
