Has anyone installed Eurocode's Test pipe? I am interested in purchasing it but I don't want it to throw the CEL. Anyone delt with them before?

 

i kno for the B6 ecodetuning can program it so u dont get the CEL but i dnno about the B5s

 

Space the secondary o2 sensor out of the main stream air flow via spark plug non-foulers and that should work, search for a post by me about it. Some people have also had success with these MIL elim
As far as install goes, id say its the hardest part of the exhaust system to do since the bolts are hard to reach. Also the bolts at the DP are know to snap, so use PB blast or some rust penetrating solution to help. Took me 3 hours the first time, now i can take it out in 30 minutes. The more you work on your car the faster installs and repairs go.

 

look at the atp test pipe. i like that one but i dont want it too loud cuz its gonna be on my stock exhaust. does any1 know of a good test pipe with good gains without the loud backfiring?

 

I had the atp pipe on my stock exhaust its quiet.

I have an ecode testpipe on my stock exhaust. It is not loud.

 

My main concern is not if its loud or not. That doesnt bother me. Knowing that its not is a plus, the main concern I have is if it gives a check enging light or not?

 

Yeah it comes on. I clear it out like once a month. It doesnt bother me.

 

well see i dont want that to happen. does this happen with every test pipe? i think i may just get a new dp.
