so i found an import mechanic other than the stealership, i called today and got some price qoutes what do you guys and gals think

Timing belt, tensioner, water pump, and thermostat ~$1076
electornic diagnostics ~$250
Oil pan removal and system flushing ~$150
26 point inspection~FREE
Loaner car ~FREE

that seems pretty reasonable, but wuts the $250 charge for electric diagnostic? dont they do that for free at auto-zone or am i thinking of the wrong thing?
