Has anyone encountered a problem with their power windows (A4 2002)? Have they dropped (overnight) after the car has been turned off and the car parked?

 

my 00 A4 has two windows down that I propped up...that arent working right now...with zip ties

f;n regulators are made from cheap plastic and prone to breakage....plus you have to buy the whole thing not just the little piece

every little audi problem always turns out to be soo annoying and problematic its sad that we have to go through this BS my dad had a freaking 89 civic and never once did **** like that go wrong.

 

Pretty sure that it means your power window motor is going and you wanna get that replaced or the window is gonna get stuck down and it'll be expensive to get out.

 

you know those little headlight washers? yep, had to buy a completely new one just because somebody ripped it off.....[&:]...the plastic piece isnt even painted!?!

Yes my offside window dropped last week about 2 inches. It had not been opened as it was snowing when i pulled up the drive,
when i got up in the morning window was down with snow all over passenger seat. Dont know if temparature plated a part but it was mines 6 that evening.

 

I can usually spell better than that but got distracted. Doh
