I know it's kind of a weird one, but I was getting sick of how my stock A4 handles so I did the S4 strut brace/A6 bracket conversion. Pretty straightforward except the amount of shaving and drilling the bar that I had done. The car feels completely different. The steering is tighter and it even has noticeably less body roll. Please excuse the dirty engine...i'm gonna take some degreaser to that one of these days. This mod has me so excited I think I'm gonna drive like 4 hrs. this weekend to get a GIAC chip (don't want to send it off b/c my other car is a very broken 87 Jeep Cherokee []. Oh, and I really suck at photoshop.

that wouldnt work he would actually need this because it will fit 1996>1999 and he has a 98.5

 

^ That one's cool but it's a little more expensive (i'm sure it's a little better too though). I got the bar off a salvaged S4 and the mounts came new from the dealership. I never hear anyone else talk about this mod, so I was actually a little skeptical at first, but it feels great.
