flywheel resurfaced?
My clutch has takin a crap on me and i was looking at replacing it. It makes more sense to go after market because the price inst that much more, but one of the shops i was talking to said that you shouldnt cut the factory flywheel? Has anyone heard this before?
typically the originall flywheel has heat cracks and is in no shape to be resurfaced. You may get lucky and have one that can, but Id still recomend a after market lightened flywheel. It will make a world of difference. Plus some resurface flywheels turn into "grenades" sometimes.
