im lookting to get a front mount intercooler for my car but don't know which one to get, im looking for one that will not be hard to install "no hack fests" and does it's job at a good price i have a rsr rs4 bumper that says that it is intercooler friendly

 

I say evo, but no matter what you will have to do some modding to make everything fit right

 

yea i kinda figureed id have to do so mods to get it in but i don't want it to do a super pain

 

what mods do you have? stock a4 doesnt need a intercooler. waste of money and time and HP! once u get a bigger turbo, then put in a FMIC.

 

Your right it doesnt need a fmic but it really does help alot

abd racing big bore intake, manual boost gauge, n75 j valve, old intercooler has been moved forward no big kid turbo yet that is next on the list i want to get an intercooler before my new bumper gets here so i can install my snub mounts and intercooler before the body shop install the new bumper

 

evoms very very minor adjustment to the front bumper and a direct "bolt on"

 

i also have a neuspeed exhaust and down pipe

 

does anyone know where to get a evoms intercooler or the greddy for the b5 beside evom's website they want 1195+shipping i'd like to shop around a little bit
