Front Upper control arm

hey guys,
recently i notice that my steering wheel is off center by 15% somth like that, i thought it was my allignmet, b/c i changed my axel on the left side and never got one,
but for some reason i took a look at the left wheel, it seemed fine at first, but then i pushed it a couple of times with the car on the ground, and it seemed to like it moved about 10mm, it took me awhile but i finaly looked at my upper cotrol arm(rear) and saw that that was the problem,
my question is, ive been driving the car like this for a couple of days, and i ordered the part today, Can i drive it until i get the part?
thanks for ur help

The control arm could flop around like a fish but it wouldn't throw your steering wheel off. Thats gonna be a tie rod end problem. Un-less you curb checked something and bent the damn spindle or something.

i'd say be happy you niticed it now and not later... you dont' wanan drive with that broken otherwise you might do even more harm.

Sounds like a tie rod end.

Yeah TRE is what changes your alignment. If that breaks you also loose your steering to that wheel. That my friend would ruin your day REAL quick!
