I´ve got a little problem with my fuel gauge. It´s lighting all the time and it don´t shows how fuel the tank is. Had anyone before this problem? How can I take off it. I will really appreciate your help. Thanks

 

I feel bad to say this- but your sentence structure is confusing. Doesn't make any sense to me?

What is it that you need to know?

 

In order to fix you you'll need to get a new gauge then its easy its under the spare tire in the trunk. Use coution before pulling anything out of the tank as it is a big bomb. If it dose blow have someone post the video on youtube please.

sorry, I will try to describe it. I think the problem is with float-gauge. The fuel tank gauge don´t want to show the real level of the fuel.The control is still lighting like the tank is empty. I just need to handle this problem if ti´s possible. Thanks for your help.

 

You wouldn't happen to know what year your A4 is would you? Cabriolet or Sedan? Engine type?
There are 3 fuel senders in the car that affect the gauge. This problem is gonna be WAY over your head,
take it to a mechanic.
