Default Future Modifications for me

Right now for modifications i've got an APR performance chip, chrome front top/bottom grilles, and underdash blue 'moodlights'.

Here are mods i was considering:

-Shocks, Springs, and Sway-bar - Suspension Kit
I have no clue what to get, but i cant get the most expensive thing out there. And i want it lowered, but not excessively. Performance is most important to me. any suggestions with prices?

-RS4 replica 18' rims
Ebay my friends, ebay. I like the idea of lookind semi-stock, but i hate my 16's, and the rs4 rims are sleeker.

-Exhaust system & intake
Need some better airflow, and planning for a turbo upgrade in a couple of years or when mine dies whichever comes first. what kinds of each exhaust/intake would you guys suggest?

-blowoff/diverter valve
i dunno which is better or how much it'll cost

-gt2x garret turbo kit
it looks damn good, and i'll do it either when i turn 18 or when my turbo dies if that happens earlier (unlikely)

Any suggestions or comments would be awesome. If you have had any bad experiences with products or disagree with my idea, let me know. if you know any more good upgrades for power, that'd help too

suspension if u want performance gret coilovers and sway bars, i think nuespeed makes a nice one for your car

wheels RS4 are nice

exhuast, theres alot of them APR, borla, milltek, and so many more
and dont bother with an intake
and your turbo isnt gonna die any time soon unless u make it die

and if you are chipped you should of upgrades ur DV already
theres also alot of them, i have a Forge 007 goin in soon
and BOV are bad so no please

yeah i know i need to. but.. what exactly is a DV? everyone always says something about a blowoff/bypass/diverter valve but i dont know the difference between the three. i'll take your word that diverter is the best for my car? how much does it cost and how hard is it to put in? i dont have any income now, but i'm thinking i might tap into my emergency funds to get one of these if you guys here advise it to be important enough (i have a grand put away for insurance deductible, and i would have to replace any money from it that is spent at a later date) Thanks for the other tips.

does anyone know anything about the GT2X Garret turbo kit?

and for exhaust, i want something to give my car some more personality, i hate how quiet it is, but i dont want it to blow people's windows out, i want my car to always be slightly refined. any ideas for what exhaust i should get?

and if u cant really afford a nice DV and low on income i dont think you should lookin to a big turbo upgrade cause they will get pricey when you buy it or possible maintance or trouble it might casue
