Hey guys-

I'm super excited! I decided to go GIAC, because it sounds like giac has more grunt down low, and APR has it up high... and I think around town, giac would be more usable power. Anyway, through a friend of mine here at Clarkson, I was put in touch with SeanF (from audizine), and we're swapping ecu's. His is chipped giac, with the stock ko3, giac ko3, and giac ko4 files I'm pretty psyched... I borrowed TomRitt's ECU out of his bitch basket (AEB '84? rabbit) for the time being (since mine is in the mail to SeanF) and will be driving that home this week.... While I'm at home (for the wera race at summit point... anybody else gonna be there?) the chipped ecu will arrive here at clarkson, and tom will be able to play around with it in the rabbit for awhile (wheelspin anyone?) and then I'll get back up late this weekend and throw it in.

Also, a 710n is in the mail

 

GIAC is the **** man its way more agressive feeling than APR and the others even though they claim less Hp you can tell the difference

 

good to hear I'm going to an awd dyno in lake placid (apparently the only one in the state?) next weekend, I'll definately share the results.

i know this has nothing to do with ur post but are you talking about clarkson university in ny...i saw you said lake placid so i figured you were in ny...just wondering because i know some people up there
