GIAC VS. APR CHIP!!!
They are both good chips. Both very well respected with large followings. APR is less aggressive and feels more smooth throughout the powerband, whereas GIAC is more beastlike and "feels" modified.
It all depends on what you are looking for. I've driven both and own a GIAC. I'd rather mine, but was fairly impressed with the APR too.
