Some days ago, my Audi A4 Avants glove compartment didn`t open.

When I looked closer with a flaslight, I could see that a plastic part had been broken. And with my luck, this was the plastic part that opens the glove compartment.

Haven't had the time to look close on how to open it by removing any bolts, but before I try, I would like to know if any people have had the same problem, and if thy acctually managed to open it.

Also if you managed to open it, some hints would be nice

stuck a butter knife in there and break it loose, im sure it will work, just like if you were to break into your door with a credit card, at your house, it works the same way.
i believe most audis would have the locking mechanisim on both sides of the glove box, so two knifes would work, i think

i bet i could get into that, and if i can do it, you can surely do it! go try!
