Default h & r sport springs or race springs

just want to know what the consensus would be about whether H & R sport springs are better or H & R race springs with 18x7.5 wheels...

what do you consider better? what are you looking for?
i have h&r race springs, really stiff.
sport springs = less of a drop, a little less stiff, and a small lack of performance.
It really depends on what you define as better. better performance? better comfort? better control?
you need to give us some input on how you would define this otherwise it is pure speculation on our part

I went with the sport springs, and i have not regretted it at all. The race springs are just too stiff for a daily driver IMO. If you are driving it year round w/ snow, sport springs. I like the look, i can get about a finger and a half between the tire and the well.

imo get coilovers and u can make ur car go up and down if it snows. but get race springs if u want stiffer ie better handling but uncomfertable to some
