Both ECSTuning and AWE-Tuning have good prices on the H&R/Bilstein packages.
AWE had it for $729
ECS had it for $730
I ended up going with AWE becuase it was cheaper shipping though I had not made a purchase through them before. I normally have made purchases with ECS. I didnt have the proper tools to do the job sadly so I had to take it to a local shop to get it done.

Baconbait has that setup (H&R Sports with Bilsteins). His gallery shows his car with his 18" ASA's. There are pictures of his car on dvagonline.com with the 18"s and with his new 17" SSRs for comparison.

For less than 300 more, you can get coilovers, which are adjustable, and can be set to the proper drop depending on how far you need to go.
Purems.com has like 3 different brands for right around $1000.
Its better than being locked in to a specific drop. And the handling is probably slightly better. Mainly, you have some flexibility.
