if you have a FMIC it'd be cool, but other than that you'd need something to fill the gap. Maybe mesh or something

^^ most def , but i think it has some mesh just like home improvement store kind of DIY style i like that tho but i can't figure out how'd you fill the gaps you cut ?

after looking at the picture some more, it'd probably look better if you filled the gaps between the lip and the bumper so it looks like a one piece bumper.
