Has anyone else successfully done this DIY? Cuz I have 3 blank spots and would be very into this clean and stock look. Anyone else done it, or know where I can get/fashion a faceplace for the gauge?

what take your handles off and paint them a diff color. I've done that, just use an alchohol to remove the old paint some no gloss enamal, and some flat paint. I've got the two tone interior and i switched the color of mine from tan to black and they look like there stock

never seen that before, its a cool idea but i like the vent gauge alot better... maybe ill end up using that spot for some other gauges in the future

 

ive seen that one. he says in the DIY that he made the faceplate didnt it? it looks nice, but too old school lookin for me. but id say go for it if u got the skills and like the look.

 

i think i remeber seeing that when i was looking for my pod, but it is in the pre a cars....... 80 90 100 cars
