i'm thinking of buying the new rs4 bumper there. Its cheap and free shipping but...I don't know if I can trust that company. I've been emailing and phoning them and it takes them such a long time to respond.

 

i was going to order a koni suspension from them a few weeks ago and did a little research. i didn't hear too many complaints other than some people saying they had poor communication. and one or two people had placed orders and some parts were back-ordered, and it took longer than it should have. but overall most of what i read was positive, i'd say your safe, just check availability before you make the payment (ie don't do it online, call them)

If you do buy from a shop that is lesser known, make sure that they have a physical address, and pay by credit card not cheque. If you get ripped off with a credit card, you can stop payment.

 

I did call them, but they only have voicemail machine to answer. The only thing I need to know is if it comes with the mesh and the installation hardware, and then i'll probably buy it. Good to know that i can stop the payment if I use credit card. Thanks for the reply!

leave them a message with your questions, if they don't get back to you, i suggest going somewhere else...or you can always just order it and send them a bad check like our good friend audihere. then, whether you get them or not, you haven't spent any money. good idea, huh?

 

I don't know about that...cause someone will go after me and my car would get smashed. Id rather not take any chances. I just spent a grand to fix my hood and my fender, and plus i need to buy a new bumper cover to replace my smashed up one. I want to get a different bumper than the stock one and I like the rs4 style the best. It's nice and simple. Well, I guess I'll just keep on looking for that bumper...its just the shipping that's gonne kill me.
