Default Having big trouble with electricity A4/2003 1.6

Hi.

I'm really struggling with my A4 2003model 1.6. I'm all over satisfied with this car, and can live with the small engine power on the base of being a student.

So to the problem. Ever since i bought this car a couple of years ago, I've from time to time had trouble with the car beeing charging out. This seems to happend when I'm driving from humid air, to colder conditions (I live in Norway, and there happends to be a lot of days under -30C). And here comes the problem.

- The car charges out over the night, or even over a few hours when the conditions are cold enough
- The cooling fan runs like a hurricane, even with -30C outside. Brrrrrr.
- The "Check engine" light appears, and my local car dealer checked the code to be the heat feeling sensor in the motor. This was changed, but after two days the same problem appeared again, that didn't seem to be the problem (cash lost....).
- They couldn't find any problems with conduction.

In summertime and temperatures over 0C there is no problem. Only when moist and cold conditions "hits" the car.

So I read that there might be a problem with water in the ECU-box, and finally decided to check this out. Only one problem - the ECU box seemed to be totally dry, no cracks and all fine gaskets(?). No corrosion on any of the relays.

I really need help, the local dealer has one guy that has worked as a mechanic for Audi all his life, and even he can't understand what's wrong with this car...

EDIT: I forgot to tell that the temoerature gauge is not working. It might go up to 50-60C on really hot days, when pushing the motor, but anytime else it won't move a millimeter. Checked this with the dealer, and the electrical system seemed to show the right temperature (about 90C).
