I'm gonna adjust the height of my lights...just want to make sure im doing it right....im supposed to turn the white pins that coume out from the housing...right?

a simple yes or no would be moreee than enough..cough cough

 

Outside screw adjusts the light lateraly, inside screw adjusts height.
