headlight assy swap???
 

hey guys just wondering if anyone of you with a b5 a4 99 not .5
with the crap plastic headlight asssy
has swapped em out?
im looking at getting these but since i have the non 99.5 version of headlight assy which i think is 2 pieces?
the turn signal is its own and the actual headlight asssy is seperate? am i right?
anywho i was looking at these
could some 1 let me know if i could go with these?

you should just go with the stock 99.5 lights and do the CC mod... to make it fit its pretty easy a little timming of the fender and swaping the wires and your good... i think theres a DIY around here somewhere

do u know a good site to find the 99.5 style? headlamp assy?
b/c i saw a few sites and it was ridiculous the price the asked. like over 200$ a piece....
but isnt that pic the same style as the 99.5? so its like the same design. so i would still have to shave the fender?

yea its similar but not as high quality as OEM and you would still have to trim the fender to make those fit... if you watch the classifieds here and on Audizine you should be able to score a set for pretty cheap
