My xenon bulb on my passenger side recently went out, but the highbeam is now on instead, so I'm driving around with the one xenon on on my driver's side, and the highbeam on in my passenger side.

I've tried merely replacing the xenon bulb for the passenger side, but I'm still having the same problem. Also, when I turn on my highbeams both lamps light up as they're supposed to on both sides? What gives? Any ideas??

 

Were these lights OEM?Did they come with the car new?

 

yeah, they came stock w/ the car. i'm calling the dealership today but was hoping it was a minor fix i could take care of myself without having to drop it off. it's a weird problem because the light is still getting power but only turns on when i activate the high beams.

 

i'm gonna take it to the dealer on wed. bumping for any last-minute thoughts/tips??

 

uhhh, sounds like you have bi-xenons ?
